Teresa Czubak

As Chief People Officer, Teresa is responsible for establishing and executing the global People & Culture strategy of Madison Logic. This includes identifying new and innovative ways to develop and retain top talent and drive employee engagement as the business rapidly scales. Teresa’s experience bridges the diverse industries of software and manufacturing which has resulted in broad array of experience in HR strategy, compliance, labor relations, benefits administration, payroll, operations, and corporate law.

Teresa earned her JD from St. John’s University School of Law, her BS from New York University’s Stern School of Business and is an active member of the Forbes Human Resources Council.

Teresa dedicates her free time to her two rescue dogs and any good book she can find.
